POSITION SUMMARY
RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES
Case Management, Discharge Planning, and Utilization review
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Current MA RN License
2 years of Case Management experience
EPIC experience required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate in Case Management or CPUM or specialty preferred
BSN preferred
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT
13 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK
Days 8a-4:30p Every other Weekend and Rotating Holidays
